    Hello, everybody. We meet again. Something about Telescopic Cylindrical Lift Platform has been told before. Now one special type lift is going to show for you.�
    Well, creation comes from necessity. First, let me tell about the begin of this story. One of my customer looked for one type lift with rollers&ladder, which could save labor to load and unload boards. Besides, this type lift could not be hurt the surface of their boards, the steel boards.
    Normally, the working table is antiskid plastic plate and checkered plate. Considering customer’s requirements, the table need to be changed into roller. Collars and rollers need to be added. The surface material of roller became a question. And the surface material need to be some flexibility to protect the surface of steel boards. Polyurethane first happened to our engineer’s mind. So we decide to learn something from the supplier of polyurethane. They could make it and our customer also agreed on that.
    Besides, the ladder. It’s a very difficult issue to us. How did the worker use the ladder? During lift working or before? It is prohibited during lifting working. As that will lead to partial load. And it was not line with the usage safety rule of special equipment. For safety, we contacted our client and discussed about it. Our project provided them is Mesa Control System and dual power system. Workers could operate the lift both ground and working table, and more easily.

1. Trailing scissor lift: it is used in the outdoor and indoor. Max lift height is 18m. So it is very used widely in construction. The big load capacity, you could bring tools at the platform. The platform size will be produced according to requirements.
2. Trailing aluminum hydraulic lift, the beautiful body and light weight, so it is suitable for painting and decorating rooms. It is widely used in the lobby and hotel.  I ever talked about the normal problems that would happen to Telescope Hydraulic Lift Platform and related solutions. Acturally, we don’t want any problem happen to our lifts . So something need to be done before failure of lift. Follows are some caustions we should pay attention to in usual. Please take care of your telescopic cylindrical lift with the instruction below. That will save you much time, energy and money.

Caution:
1 After operation, bring the platform down to the lowest position, and cut off the power and clean the machine as well as put the supporting legs back according to 3.2.1
2 This machine should be placed indoor where there is no corrosive gas.
3 All joints and fasteners should be checked frequently to ensure timely fastening when there is looseness.
4 After long term nonuse (more than a month), the machine should be conducted inspection and no-load test before reusing.
5 After first 500 hours operation, the hydraulic oil should be changed.
6 Regularly clean the oil absorption filter of oil pump.
7 When change or repair hydraulic components, they are expected to be cleaned with the inlet and outlet temporally blocked. No chip or scratch is allowed in the process of disassembling and assembling. Impurity into the oil line system is prohibited.
8 Electronic components should be kept in conditions of cleanness, flexible movement, and good contact. The burned or damaged ones ought to be fixed or changed in time.

 You may think that it is hard to lift the ramp up, and please consider the AC and battery power.

The double power is also ok, AC and hand, AC and battery, hand and battery. Regarding the double power, we could choose the any power of two kinds. That is easy to operation. But we need drag the ramp from one place to another.
